when can i expect delivery of my art ?
Tjustina Art prioritizes timely artwork delivery within the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver area. Choose between a public meet-up or scheduled door delivery with same-day delivery options available, when time permits.
How do I purchase a painting or an art doll?
Discovering that emotional connection with art is a beautiful thing, and the buying process is easy! Simply reach out to Tjustina Art via email in the Contact section. In your message state the artwork(s) or art doll that you are interested in purchasing. You will receive a reply within 24 hours. From there we will touch on any other inquiries or concerns you may have, and schedule for delivery!
Do you offer postal shipping?
Postal shipping is not available.
How can interested collectors contact you?

Do you have a studio open to the public to view art in person?
Currently Tjustina Art does not have an open studio, hopefully that is something that can be available in the future.
Do you offer prints?
Prints are not available. All artwork is original and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
What are your delivery options?
We provide personal delivery so your art arrives safely to you within the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver area. To arrange for door delivery or public meet, please use the contact form to arrange a time/day.

Commissions are not accepted at this time.

What are your payment methods?
COD (cash on delivery) is the preferred method of payment.

Do you have a return policy?
Returns are not accepted. Upon delivery of artwork please look over the art to meet your satisfaction. You will receive an art sale receipt confirming you accept the artwork in it's as is condition.
